Dr. Richelle M. Knowles, D.C. is a chiropractor, educator, and mentor with over 25 years of
experience in private practice in Boulder, Colorado. A graduate of Sherman College of
Chiropractic, she specializes in NetworkSpinal care and has taught thousands of chiropractors
and students worldwide since 1999.
Dr. Knowles is the Co-Creator and CEO of Lifetime Wellness Practice, a coaching organization
dedicated to helping chiropractors build thriving, purpose-driven practices rooted in chiropractic
philosophy. She is also the co-founder of the Mile High Chiropractic Event, bringing together
leaders in the profession to advance connection, growth, and service.
A respected leader in chiropractic, Dr. Knowles serves as Vice Chair of the Sherman College
Board of Trustees and has previously served on the Colorado Board of Chiropractic Examiners,
the Board of the International Federation of Chiropractors and Organizations, and the Clinical
Advisory Board of the Australian Spinal Research Foundation. Her work has contributed to
advancing the understanding of spinal and neural integrity and has been published in peer-
reviewed literature.
Recognized as Sherman College’s Chiropractor of the Year (2025), Dr. Knowles is passionate
about honoring the philosophy, art, and science of chiropractic while supporting practitioners in
delivering impactful, family-centered care.
She lives in Colorado with her husband, Dr. Daniel Knowles and is the proud mother of Daniel
and Anika.
